Road Shagger Racing Can’t Wait For This Weekend’s Four-Hour Race.

After three forgettable weekends in a row -where they finished 8th, 9th and 7th- RSR is looking forward to the opportunity to get their season back on track with the second and final 4-hour race of the season.

IMPC historians will remember the team won the first 4-hour of the year at Daytona, 1,000 months ago. They plan to do it again this weekend at Road Atlanta through consistent race pace and outstanding pit work.

The team’s last race weekend at VIR was a frustrating one, with new issues emerging each day. The race proved just as tough, with a tire going down early, a GS car driving into the side of them and then eventually running out of gas to end the race. It was hard to pinpoint the source of all the issues, but maybe they were french fry-ing when they should have been pizza-ing?
